The World Games Kaohsiung Organizing Committee will arrange accommodation for participants based on information provided by International Federations. IF Passports or KOC discretion will also dictate entitlement of rooms.

All accommodation will be in hotels located close to individual venues and with a quality standard. Cable service and Internet connections will be available in every room, while every hotel will offer a 10 person or more capacity meeting room and dedicated service counter. In addition, hotel staff will receive language instruction and additional training.

Athletes and officials are allocated in double rooms in principle (officials would be arranged in the same room for having the same sport, same gender, but different nationalities), single rooms are allocated to people who have difference in gender, nationalities, and cultures by sports.

* At least one volunteer will be assigned to each hotel to provide information assistance.

Laundry Service

Each hotel offers laundry service. Athletes and officials are allocated to Youth Hostels and Hotels which offer discount on laundry. KOC will also work with Ji Ching Professional Laundry to offer group laundry service.

Self-service laundry facilities are also available in some of the hotels.
