Catering service will commence from the Arrival Day or Jet Lag Day till the next day after the final competition. Breakfast will be provided in hotels while dinner and lunch will be served in three Catering Centers. The Catering Centers are only available to athletes, officials, judges, and attaché volunteers with inspection of accreditation card.
There will be three Catering Centers in the city---- north, in the vicinity of the main stadium; west, from Love River to Sun Yat-sen University; east, around the Culture Center and Kaohsiung Normal University. Athletes are assigned to different catering centers according to sport:
North Area:
Canoe Polo, Rhythmic, Dragon Boat, Air Sport, Tug of War (outdoor), Tug of
War(indoor), Flying Disc, Acrobatic, Tumbling, Trampoline, Water Ski, Dance
Sport, Rugby 7s.
East Area:
Roller-Speed, Fistball, Korfball, Bodybuilding, Orienteering, Bowling,
Racquetball, Squash, Billiards, Wushu, Fin Swimming, Lifesaving, Aerobic, Field
Archery, Tchoukball
West Area:
Sumo, Softball, Sport Climbing, Boules, Ju-Jitsu, Karate, Power Lifting

A large variety of different foods will be provided, with ingredients and nutritional information listed in English and Chinese. Special meals, such as vegetarian, halal, and kosher, as well as low fat, low sodium, low carbohydrate, or any other special nutrition meals in accordance to a particular sport (International Federations will be consulted), will be prepared.
In addition, refreshment centers offering light snacks and beverages, will be located in every venue.
Opening Hours of Catering Centers
--Lunch:11:00 a.m. ~3:00 p.m.
--Dinner:6:00 p.m. ~10:00 p.m.
--The hours will be slightly adjusted during the Opening and Closing Ceremonies.
Light meal boxes will be delivered to venues where the competitions last longer than the opening hours of Catering Centers. Please inform the KOC one day in advance (before 12:00) about the date, the quantity of meal box, and any particular meal requests to ensure that the arrangement can be made.
