Procedure
- The application form is for one organization; please include all crews in this form.
- Please complete the application form and have it signed by the person in charge, then Fax(+886-7-3315-017) AND email(kcginfo@worldgames2009.tw) the completed form to KOC Marketing and PR Department.
- After being certified, online accreditation URL and a set of username & password will be sent tothe applicant via email. Please log in to the website and complete the media accreditation form in English and upload the photos of the crews before 15th, April, 2009.
- When review of accreditation is in process, applicant with incomplete information or applicant rejected will be notified separately.
- When collecting the Media Pass at Kaohsiung City Hall (No. 2, Sihwei 3rd Road, Lingya
District, Kaohsiung City, Taiwan), please present ID (e.g. passport) and Working ID (e.g. MediaID, report ID).
- On site accreditation is NOT available. Please apply for accreditation in advance. Media Pass is
required for the access of the venue and the facilities.
