Live Coverage

KOC have determined that the following sports are to be produced LIVE

  • Opening/Closing Ceremonies
  • Billiard Sports: Rotations of Pool, Carom, Snooker
  • Dance Sport: Latin, Standard, Rock 'n' Roll
  • Gymnastics: Rhythmic, Acrobatics, Tumbling, Trampoline, Aerobics
  • Roller Sports: Speed
  • Rugby 7's
    (Semi-final and the final)
  • Korfball
    (Semi-final and the final)

To ensure these sports be produced to high international standards, PTS guarantees all sports produced live will have a minimum of seven cameras, OB vans, super slow motion, directors, graphics and audio, and soon. The 2008 Test Events have confirmed that PTS is perfectly capable of producing sports coverage to the highest international standards, and the quality of the live-programming, highlights and video news releases have convinced the other stakeholders in TWG 2009 namely the IWGA and the IFs involved in the Test Events. KOC and PTS were congratulated by experts (FIG Secretary General André Gueisbuhler).
