7-Eleven ibon Ticketing System When you are on the island you find convenience stores around every street corner. For the local people, a 7-ELEVEN is not just a retail store. It offers much more: there you can pay utility and credit card bills, the parking tickets, you can even purchase concert tickets. That’s why the Kaohsiung Organizing Committee (KOC) is particularly proud that 7-ELEVEN signed up as a sponsor of The World Games 2009.

Ticketing Information

1. Procedure of refund a ticket: Basic on the personal elements, requests for ticket refunds must be submitted to the Allgenki Ticket System (http://www.allgenki.net/ticket/) three days before the start of the competition, and will be subject to a charge of 10% of the ticket price.
2. In the event of postponement or cancellation of an event, refunds or replacement tickets shall be issued at the discretion of the KOC. There can be no refunds or replacements for damaged tickets or unidentified tickets.
3. Failure to comply with the rules and regulations of the KOC may result in losing the right to admission associated with the ticket.
4. Tickets that are used, lost, damaged or unidentified must be repurchased.

Special offers

1. The elderly (aged 65 or above), children under 12 , people with disabilities, The World Games volunteers or “Kaohsiung Lantern Festival 2009 Coupon” holders can receive a 20% discount on all ticket prices. Admission is free for infants.
2. Group tickets (10 tickets and above) can receive a 20% discount on all ticket prices.
3. In order to qualify for the discounts mentioned above, the necessary documentation must be produced when purchasing tickets.

Prohibited and restricted items in the venues for the World Games 2009

Prohibited Items: firearms, ammunition, explosives, toxic radioactive substances, hazardous biochemical substances, and drugs.

Restricted Items: soft/hard-packed beverages and food, liquids, alcohol, fragile containers, lighters, musical instruments, gas horns, loudspeakers, gongs and drums, long umbrellas, fingernails, flags/poles measuring over 1 meter in width and 2 meters in length, banners, cloth strips, slogan posters, flyers, cameras, and any devices capable of interrupting electronic signals.

※Visitors carrying any of these items will not be admitted to any of the stadiums.
